Terry Naturally SinuCare Extra Strength is a stronger version of our standard SinuCare formula, built around concentrated eucalyptus, myrtle, and lemon plant oils. Eucalyptus and myrtle both naturally contain alpha pinene and 1,8 cineole, compounds studied for their role in supporting healthy sinus and respiratory function, while lemon oil rounds out the formula with additional immune and sinus support.

The softgels are enteric-coated, meaning they’re designed to digest in the intestines rather than the stomach, which helps minimize the aftertaste, burping, or mild digestive sensitivity that can come with concentrated plant oils. It’s non-drowsy and non-jittery, so it fits easily into a daytime routine.

Adults typically take 1 softgel daily, with some patients using up to 3 softgels a day for additional support; children ages 6 and up can take 1 softgel daily. This is not recommended for children under 6. As always, check with your practitioner before combining this with other respiratory or sinus supplements.
