Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Liquid is a lemon-flavored fish oil for people who would rather take a teaspoon than several capsules. Each teaspoon supplies 1,560 mg of total omega-3s, including 745 mg of EPA and 500 mg of DHA, in the triglyceride form found naturally in fish. The oil comes entirely from wild-caught sardines and anchovies, is processed with a nitrogen-based method that limits oxidation, and every batch is third-party tested for purity, including checks for heavy metals and PCBs.
