Description
Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Fishies are chewable gummies that give kids their omega-3s in a form they will actually ask for. Each gummy provides 300 mg of total omega-3s from high-quality, deep-sea fish oil that has been refined for purity, finished with a tutti-frutti flavor made for young palates.
The omega-3s EPA and DHA play a central role in normal brain growth and development during childhood.* Steady intake also supports normal cognitive function as kids learn, adapt, and take in new information.* DHA is concentrated in the retina as well, where it supports clear, normal vision.*
Few modern diets include the variety of fatty fish that once supplied these nutrients, which is why many families add a children’s omega-3. For picky eaters who refuse capsules and liquids, a tasty gummy is often the easiest path to consistency. Ask our clinical team whether it fits your child’s routine.
