Jocko Combat Tested 2.0 is a four-capsule daily formula for adult men who train, work hard, or both. It is built around the herbs and minerals most often studied for men’s health and normal endocrine function, already within the normal range: tongkat ali, fadogia agrestis, and shilajit, paired with zinc, vitamin D, boron, and DIM.

Each 4-capsule serving provides:

• Tongkat ali extract 300 mg (Eurycoma longifolia, 1% eurycomanone)
• Fadogia agrestis 300 mg (10:1 stem extract)
• Shilajit extract 250 mg
• Aged garlic extract 500 mg (1% allicin)
• DIM (diindolylmethane) 100 mg
• Ginger root extract (10:1)
• Vitamin D 38 mcg, zinc 15 mg, boron, plus calcium and phosphorus from dicalcium phosphate

Zinc and vitamin D are foundational, since low levels leave the herbs less to work with. Fadogia agrestis has a smaller body of human research than tongkat ali, and some people find stronger herbal blends easier with food. Take 4 capsules daily, preferably in the morning, and allow six to eight weeks before judging results.
