Jarrow Formulas Jarro-Dophilus + FOS is a moderate-strength probiotic that supplies 3.4 billion live bacteria from six strains per capsule, paired with FOS (fructooligosaccharides) as a prebiotic. A higher cell count is not always the better choice; for everyday maintenance, a balanced multi-strain formula at this level is often where a practitioner will start.
