MaryRuth’s Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth is a women’s daily multivitamin with two additions most multis skip: 10,000 mcg of biotin as magnesium biotinate, and 160 mg of Lustriva®, an inositol-stabilized arginine silicate complex studied for hair thickness and skin appearance. Peach-mango flavored, vegan, and made without gluten or dairy.

Each 2-tablespoon (30 mL) serving provides:

• All eight B vitamins, with folate at 510 mcg DFE as methylated L-5-MTHF
• Vitamin A 1,010 mcg as beta-carotene, vitamin C 90 mg, vitamin D3 800 IU, vitamin E 18 mg
• Inositol 50 mg, MSM 30 mg, a 25 mg BCAA blend, hesperidin 5 mg, TMG 10 mg
• Chromium 1,000 mcg, choline 20 mg, zinc 1 mg

Zinc is low at 1 mg, and there is no meaningful iron, magnesium, calcium, or selenium, so some people add a separate mineral. Hair supplements work slowly; allow three to six months. Shake well before serving and take it in the morning. About 30 servings per 30 fl oz bottle, 35 calories each.
