MaryRuth Liquid Nighttime Multimineral is a liquid mineral blend meant to be taken in the evening rather than with morning vitamins. It combines calcium and magnesium (both as citrate) with zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, and chromium, plus vitamin C and vitamin D3, in a tropical-flavored liquid available in Coconut Dream and Pineapple Dream.
Many people prefer to separate minerals from their morning supplements, and magnesium in particular fits naturally into a wind-down routine. There is no melatonin in this formula; it is a mineral supplement, not a sleep product.
