Shipping
We ship supplement orders anywhere in the United States from our Fitchburg, Wisconsin location. Orders of $40 or more ship free; orders under $40 ship for a flat $5. Most orders leave our shelf within 1–2 business days.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident in every product we recommend. If something isn’t right, here is how returns work:
- Unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery receive a full refund to your original payment method, including tax.
- Unopened products returned between 31 and 90 days receive store credit, including tax.
- Opened products may be returned for store credit within 90 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective items are replaced at no charge — contact us within 90 days and we’ll make it right.
- Returns cannot be accepted more than 90 days after delivery.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] or call 608-467-8116 with your order number. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is always on us. You may also bring your order confirmation to our clinic at 6313 McKee Road, Fitchburg, WI 53719.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within approximately 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Store credit is issued as soon as your return is checked in. We do not offer direct exchanges; return the item for a refund or credit and place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
