FAQs About Booking

To preserve the integrity of our holistic approach, The Healthy Place Holistic Clinic does not participate with insurance. Insurance companies often limit treatment options, appointment times, and testing methods. By remaining independent, we can fully customize care and recommend what we believe is best for each individual — without restrictions or compromise.

Payment is required in full at the time of service. However, we can provide a detailed receipt you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Most HSA and FSA plans recognize naturopathic and holistic health services as eligible medical expenses.

We are not a replacement for primary or urgent care. Our clinic focuses on functional and holistic medicine to help you uncover root causes and restore long-term balance. We encourage all patients to maintain a primary care provider for emergencies, prescriptions, and routine medical screenings.

After your initial appointment, your provider will recommend the best timing for follow-ups. These visits focus on reviewing test results, adjusting protocols, and tracking progress.
